is God really an all knowing God?

i mean does he really know the plans he has for us, if so why does he let things go so according to plan?

if he knew that man kind would fall why did it effect him the way it did when he spoke to Adam? Why did he spare Noah and his family from the flood knowing that eventually things would be as bad?

why why why God oh my loving God why do you continue to let people sin and curse your name?

if he knew when Adam sinned that he'd have to send the Christ to die a bloody death, his own son,

does it stack up?
i mean can your mind comprehend such an act of love for an inferior creation?

tell me your thoughts and I'll reply in a week

I was reading a book recently that suggests that without sin God would never have been able to reveal the true extend of his character - his capacity for unconditional love, grace and forgiveness.
Could it be that God allowed sin so he could make his nature known and to demonstrate his righteousness?
